Canibad Waters

This is the crystal clear waters and beautiful rock formations of Canibad, Samal. I took this photo last February 2, 2008. I went to the place with my officemates for the very first time. The way to Canibad takes a lot of energy and time but it's all worth it once you get a glimpse of the place.

I took this photo last April 30, 2008 at the Butterfly House in Crocodile Park compound. It was rainy that time so the butterflies were all hiding under the leaves. This one though wanted so badly to have her picture taken.

I took this photo last May 30, 2008 at Balingoan Port on board MV Yuhum towards Camiguin Island. The golden rays of the sunrise and its reflection on the water is truly magnificent.

This is the Vanishing Island. I took this photo last May 17, 2008 during our Samal Island Tour. I fell in love with the place at first sight. According to sources, it literally vanishes during high tide.

I took this picture today, July 3, while enjoying coffee and good conversations with my officemates at Tata Benito's a Whole Latte Love Coffee Club. Enjoying cold coffee at mid-noon.

I took this picture last March 23, 2008 at Mayumi's Wishing Well in Eden Nature Park. I just love the combination of colors here and the gumamelas just look lovely floating in the water.

The Lovely Katibawasan Falls

I took this picture last May 30, 2008 during our one day exploration of the Camiguin Island. We had the place all to ourselves since we were the first ones to arrive at the place at nine in the morning. The water was freezing cold but it didn't stop my hubby and daughter in taking a dip.

What I like about this picture is that I was able to make the greeneries surrounding the falls its border. And the mysterious effect of not being able to see the water's end point. The falls is, by the way, 250 feet high and at its bottom is a huge pool where people could enjoy its ice-cold water.
